 • We will coordinate with you or the venue to schedule a setup time prior to the event. We strive to meet all timing requirements but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.
 • After the event, we will arrange for takedown and removal of decor. If any items are missing or damaged, additional charges may apply.

8. Liability
 • HNLUXE EVENTS will not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by the decor or event setup during or after the event.
 • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue allows the use of the requested decor and that it complies with any venue regulations.
 • Any damage to rented decor items will be the responsibility of the client, and additional fees for replacement or repair will apply.
